Individual Project: Designing an Interactive Media Product

Using your research:

• decide what layout (chosen from Design Shack) you will use for your website / web app
• decide what colour scheme you will use
• decide what font style(s) and size(s) you will use and why
• do this for your home page and the three link pages

Creating a mock-up

• in Photoshop, Publisher or PowerPoint, use boxes to mock-up your page design
• label the design using the font style(s) and size(s) that you wish to use
• change the colours on the page to reflect the ones you intend to use:

Click on the black box in the 'Properties' window and this will bring up an option to select your own colour.

Click on the multi-coloured box and then look at the base of the next window, you will be able to type in your colour hex code  / HTML colour code here (it's the one with a # in front, e.g., #ffffff = white)
